I'm supposed to write something fancy here. Me and fancy get along about as well as Raiders fans and basic human hygiene (go Broncos!)—two things that just don't mix. But inside these pages, I hope we can learn together, talk all things fishing, and have a damn good time doing it!
I came up in an era when you were simply a fisherman. That's it. None of this species-specific nonsense, and God help you if you identified as a particular kind of fisherman. On this site, you'll find me diving into every aspect of fishing, from dry flies for pinkies-out trout to throwing big swimbaits for bass. There's a time and a place for all things fishing, and, damn it, we're here for all of it!
